Service Crew Position

We are seeking a Service Crew member to be the face of our brand, ensuring great customer service and a welcoming dining experience while supporting smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers with the self-ordering kiosk.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining areas.
  • Assist with basic food preparation and refill ingredients when required.
  • Engage customers to seek feedback on their dining experience, especially on our signature mala dishes.

Requirements:

  • Prior service or F&B experience preferred, but training will be provided.
  • Customer-oriented with good communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with attention to cleanliness and service quality.
