Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Corporate Governance Specialist to provide corporate secretarial services to clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for company incorporations, registration of foreign branches and representative offices, striking-off of companies, and preparation of directors'/shareholders' resolutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business administration or law, with experience in handling fund administration and corporate secretarial practices. They will also possess excellent interpersonal, communication, written, and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements, maintaining statutory registers, and submitting statutory returns to ACRA. You will also act as Qualified Individual (QI) for the company and provide advisory services to clients on corporate secretarial matters.

  • Provide corporate secretarial services to clients, including company incorporations, registration of foreign branches and representative offices, striking-off of companies, and preparation of directors'/shareholders' resolutions.
  • Maintain statutory registers and submit statutory returns to ACRA.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Act as Qualified Individual (QI) for the company.
  • Provide advisory services to clients on corporate secretarial matters.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Law.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate secretarial practice, with a focus on funds and special purpose vehicles.
  • ACIS qualified or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of the Singapore Companies Act and the Variable Capital Companies Act.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, written, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
