Job Title: Finance Admin Manager

The role involves overseeing finance operations in a newly established office, working closely with the CEO and leadership to set up finance processes from scratch. Key responsibilities include basic bookkeeping, monthly closing, and reporting, as well as setting up payment channels for platform fees.

Additional responsibilities may include suggesting and implementing accounting systems/tools, working with external vendors (banks, auditors, software providers), and handling ad-hoc administrative duties to support office operations.

For this role, prior experience in a startup or first finance hire capacity is preferred, along with familiarity with setting up finance processes/systems. Independent, hands-on, and solution-oriented candidates are ideal, with an interest or background in gaming, tech, or digital platforms being a bonus.

Key Responsibilities:
