Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at NEO GARDEN CATERING PTE. LTD. as a Kitchen Admin.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Provide support to senior management by handling communication, scheduling, and documentation.
  • Oversee day-to-day office admin operations, including handling inquiries and maintaining accurate records.
  • Develop and maintain a detailed tracking and filing system for all documents.
  • Coordinate and manage projects as assigned by Management.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by Director.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role is preferred.
  • Proficient in using basic MS Office applications, including MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Powerpoint.
  • Meticulous with strong attention to detail and able to multi-task.
  • Able to work in a team environment and possess good communication skills.
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
