Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Project Manager to join our team at TapTalent. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading IT project management strategy and planning, ensuring the successful delivery of SAP and ERP projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with senior management to identify opportunities for business improvements and contribute to organizational business and budget planning.
  • Develop and implement project management methodology and best practices to support overall SCM objectives.
  • Manage project submissions and approvals through the agreed prioritization and approval process, maintaining the pipeline for approved projects.
  • Collate qualitative and quantitative information on IT project performance and generate project milestone reports for internal management purposes.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience with IT skills in SAP, ERP, M365, and Infrastructure related principles.
  • Experience with planning skills, project development, and program management.
  • Deep understanding of industry best practices and standards in Project Management.
  • Ability to prioritize project tasks and provide input to organization business and budget planning.
  • Experience in managing and motivating project team members and project managers.
  • Capability to provide timely, accurate, and relevant project portfolio reporting.
