We are seeking an experienced professional to manage and support the technology infrastructure at our manufacturing sites.

You will play a key role in delivering innovative solutions and ensuring the smooth operation of backend systems including servers, networks, and data centers.

  • Manage hardware, software, and network systems across manufacturing sites.
  • Lead and support technical projects such as network/wireless upgrades, server deployments, and other infrastructure initiatives.
  • Monitor and maintain computer rooms, network devices, and server systems to ensure optimal health and performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues.
  • Ensure all infrastructure projects comply with internal standards.
  • Provide infrastructure support across various offices and sites within Singapore.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in system and network design, deployment, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong knowledge of IT/OT infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, Wireless, Firewalls.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and VoIP technologies.
  • Experience with Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto Panorama, Nutanix, Azure Stack, and cloud environments.
  • Hands-on experience with data center/computer room operations, maintenance, and monitoring.
  • Familiar with structured cabling and fiber optic network infrastructure.
  • Ability to multitask and respond effectively to dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Strong team collaboration skills, especially in troubleshooting complex issues.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills for network, hardware, and software issues.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of stakeholders.
  • Self-driven, resourceful, and eager to learn new technologies and skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and manage personal work priorities effectively.
  • Knowledge of IT processes in a regulated environment is an advantage.
