Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our customers by executing all services of our 360-degree service portfolio on specific products, modules, and systems.

The main purpose of this position is to execute installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of our equipment, including decanters and separators for the Crude Palm Oil industry. You will also be responsible for commissioning, including checking of equipment installation, training of operators in equipment operation, maintenance, and safety.

In addition, you will maintain effective communication with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up. Your tasks will also include performing repair inspections and preparing repair reports, as well as conducting test trials and process performance evaluations.
