Job Description

Develop and implement large-scale data platforms to ensure stability, high availability, and scalability of data services. Design and optimize functionalities of big data components, including offline/real-time data processing, data governance, self-service analytics reports, and OLAP query engines.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop data platform architecture
  • Implement and optimize big data components
  • Explore and implement large model applications and related technologies

Key qualities for success in this role include: strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and effective communication. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is also essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

  • Over 5 years of experience in big data platform-related work
  • Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, software engineering, artificial intelligence, mathematics, or related fields
  • Proficient in mainstream frameworks such as Spring Boot and MyBatis
  • Good web development skills (Vue)
  • Familiarity with features and application scenarios of components like Hadoop, Spark, Flink, Kafka, Paimon, ClickHouse, Doris

Candidates with experience in building large-model data systems, multi-modal data processing systems, and interest in LLM Agents, AutoML, and intelligent data processing workflows are preferred.
