Job Summary

The Warehouse Support role is a dynamic position that involves receiving, storing, and distributing finished goods and raw materials. This entails maintaining inventory accuracy and assisting in the execution of day-to-day warehouse activities while adhering to safety protocols.

This role is responsible for various tasks including housekeeping, material handling equipment operation, import and export activities, picking and put-away, issue raw material support production, inventory management, and administration. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety guidelines and protocols.
  • Material Handling Equipment (MHE): Safely operate forklifts, reach trucks, and VNA trucks.
  • Import Activities: Receive incoming shipments, verify their accuracy against put-away documents, and inspect for damages.
  • Export Activities: Perform pre-loading inspections, ensure container condition and seal numbers are accurate, and load goods according to customer specifications.
  • Picking & Put-away: Accurately pull and package orders for shipment, and store raw materials and finished goods following standard practices.
  • Issue RM Support Production: Liaise with production to issue raw materials on time based on MO picking lists.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct routine stock checks and assist in physical inventory counts.
  • Administration: Ensure proper documentation and understanding of work content before performing daily activities.

Requirements:

  • Min Secondary 4 / GCE 'N' or 'O' / Nitec or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with warehouse Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and valid Singapore forklift license.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
  • Willingness to follow safety guidelines and procedures.
  • Basic computer skills for daily activities verification.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling products and inventory.
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in a related field.

Working Hours:

5 days work week with shift rotation, 7am - 3pm and 3pm - 11pm shifts available.
