Warehouse Operations Specialist

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Operations Specialist will be responsible for receiving, storing, and shipping goods while ensuring accurate inventory management and safe working conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate forklifts safely to move, load, and unload goods while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Assist with receiving, sorting, and storing goods to ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • Pick, pack, and label items for delivery in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, performing basic equipment checks as needed.
  • Follow established safety guidelines, participate in regular drills, and comply with company procedures.
  • Manage inventory tasks including receiving, releasing, packing, and assembling items as required.
  • Efficiently manage stock levels using inventory control methods.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must be physically fit and able to handle the job's physical demands, including extended periods of work under the sun.
  • Demonstrate a positive work attitude, self-motivation, and strong sense of responsibility.
  • Be proactive, with good organizational skills to coordinate and liaise effectively with customers, logistics partners, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Will to learn and flexibility to work long hours when required (OT pay provided).
  • Valid Class 3 license; forklift license is an asset.
