Role Summary:

The Operations Leader is responsible for overseeing daily operations of multiple outlets to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of exceptional service and quality to meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Develop and lead a high-performing team, focusing on employee morale, training, and development to drive positive outcomes.
  • Quality Control: Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with quality standards to guarantee excellent customer experiences.
  • Administrative Tasks: Oversee inventory management, scheduling, and other administrative duties to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
