Job Summary

A Product Integration Engineer is responsible for ensuring all New Product Integration (NPI) Demand Line/engineering/ad-hoc build runs are implemented in a timely fashion per commitment without any interruptions from 4Ms perspectives to ensure critical metric targets are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be equipped with the latest product qualification roadmap and ensure the readiness of all the 4M associated with the products are on par with the schedule.
  • Provide a Manufacturing Commit Date to meet the Customer Business Requirement in weekly to daily planning horizon for your product NPI demand lines, considering capacity needs/analysis for production requirements and support Product Engineer special requirements.
  • Provide Readiness check before lot start to prevent abnormal production during NPI phase, make sure the NPI Work In Progress (WIP) is running well with best delivery and best CT.
  • Material check list coordinator for all engineering purposes to make sure each special NPI project material is not in shortage.
  • Upfront readiness and preparation for capacity including tool and tooling as well as acquiring the allocation officially to not have a conflict with production build.
  • Work collaboratively with Production Operations Management (POM), Product Engineering -Industrial Engineering (PE-IE), Product Engineer, Product Integration Engineer, and Site Team (Assembly NPM, Production, Engineering, Warehouse and Logistics) to ensure commitments are delivered in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Engineering
  • Keen on Semiconductor Industry
  • Excellent digital literacy especially in Microsoft Office and knowledge of design and visualization software. Knowledge in Power BI, Tableau will be an added advantage.
  • The ability to work with multiple field projects.
