Job Overview:
We are seeking a Claims Professional to manage and oversee the claims process, ensuring seamless communication with clients and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in claims management, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong leadership abilities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee the claims process from inception to closure.
- Develop and implement effective claims strategies to minimize losses and maximize recoveries.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide timely updates and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all claims-related activities.
- Conduct regular reviews and analysis of claims data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- At least 10 years of experience in claims management or a related field.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of insurance policies and regulations.
