Job Title: Shift Team Lead

As a key member of our operations team, the Shift Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating site operations during their assigned shift. This involves ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, while maintaining a high level of quality and safety standards.


The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Chemical Engineering and relevant industry experience, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role. They will be able to motivate and lead their team to achieve targets, troubleshoot operational issues, and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate site operations during the shift
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and minimize downtime
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs and quality standards
  • Enforce strict adherence to workplace safety and regulatory requirements
  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve targets

Requirements:
  • Degree in Chemical Engineering
  • 3-5 years of experience in Chemical/Petrochemical operations
  • Proven leadership and supervisory skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
