About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced IT professional to take on a challenging role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization's computer systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • System Installation and Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of desktop systems, install, configure, upgrade, and maintain computer software, Web/Mobile APPs, and operating systems.
  • IT Project Support: Assist in the implementation of internal IT department projects, providing technical expertise and support as needed.
  • Task Completion: Complete other tasks assigned by the leader, demonstrating a proactive and responsible approach to work.
Requirements:
  • Education: Diploma, Associate degree or above in a computer-related field.
  • Experience: At least 3 years' working experience in IT support, system & network maintenance.
  • Technical Skills: Familiar with IT applications and systems, including Microsoft Window 10/11, Microsoft Office, Mac OS, iOS, Android, Networking, and system security knowledge.
  • Hardware and Software Knowledge: Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software, able to quickly diagnose hardware and software failures, and guide users in using mainstream software.
  • Information Security Awareness: Awareness of information security prevention.
  • Personal Qualities: Able to work independently, responsible, self-motivated, and proactive.
  • Communication Skills: Good service awareness and professionalism, with strong communication and expression skills; team collaboration spirit.
  • Languages: Mandarin speaking skills are considered an advantage.
