Job Overview

Purchasing Director

We are seeking an experienced Purchasing Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating development strategies, channel expansion strategies, and procurement performance targets for cosmetics categories.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate development strategies, channel expansion strategies, and procurement performance targets for cosmetics categories.
  • Rationally allocate and implement performance targets, follow up, and supervise the implementation process and results of performance indicators.
  • Analyze business data, propose suggestions for optimizing business strategies, and organize team reviews to achieve phased goals.
  • Communicate and solve departmental problems, provide necessary business guidance and assistance to department members.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • More than 3 years of relevant working experience, covering fields such as cross-border supply chain procurement, sales, beauty products going global business, and foreign trade sales in the consumer goods industry.
  • Outgoing personality with excellent sales skills, outstanding business negotiation ability, communication, and resource integration capabilities.
