As a Sales Business Partner, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth by managing daily leads, coordinating servicing and delivery tasks, and providing exceptional administrative support.

Main Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage sales leads from various channels, including email enquiries, e-commerce platforms, phone calls, and walk-in customers.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to coordinate servicing and delivery tasks, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Manage daily sales-related support tasks, such as paperwork filing and data entry.
  • Evaluate and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Chinese clients who converse primarily in Mandarin.
  • Hold a minimum ITE certification or higher.
  • A minimum of 1 year of administrative work experience is required.
