Architectural Executive Job Summary

This role involves overseeing the development of architectural designs, working closely with relevant authorities to ensure compliance and approval. The successful candidate will possess a recognized ITE/NTC or Diploma in Architecture and have intermediate-level experience with 3 to 5 years of hands-on work in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop architectural detailed designs, tender drawings sets, and construction drawings sets for submission, tender, and construction.
  • Prepare authority submission drawings and documents such as Technical Requirements, Fire Codes, Green Mark, Build ability Score Calculation, etc.
  • Engage in correspondence and consultation with Planning and Building Authority Officers.
Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in Revit, Construction, BIM, Architectural, 3D, and Construction Drawings.
  • Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Photoshop.
