  • The Technical Solutions Strategist plays a pivotal role in bridging sales, project implementation, and customer success. This high-level technical position requires strong business acumen to translate customer requirements into functional specifications and detailed solution architecture.
  • This individual will act as the key integrator between sales, project implementation, and customer success teams, ensuring seamless communication and successful delivery of solutions.
  • The Technical Solutions Strategist collaborates with sales teams to derive a good understanding of customers' needs, develops best-of-breed technology solutions for clients, and provides pre-sales support during RFI/RFP and PoC stages.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Partner with sales to understand customer business needs/challenges and identify customized solutions that meet customers' requirements.
  • Translate customer requirements into functional specifications and detailed solution architecture, providing clear and concise guidance to development teams.
  • Lead in design, specification, and selection of IT solutions, driving innovation and technological advancements within the organization.
  • Evaluate system architecture and collaborate with project management and IT development teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of new systems.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent, with at least 5 years' experience in a professional senior technical role.
  • Wide-ranging technology knowledge in areas of IT infrastructure, business analysis, software architecture design, DevOps, cloud platforms, and emerging technologies.
  • Ability to develop solution architecture designs, drive adoption of best practices around coding, design, quality, and performance, and supervise and guide development teams.
  • Certifications in the Microsoft stack are highly desirable, and familiarity with Enterprise Architecture will be an added advantage.
