About the Role:

The successful candidate will oversee various aspects of construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to contractual obligations. This position requires a high level of organizational and communication skills to manage scopes, costs, and timelines effectively.

  • Develop and implement project plans, including scope management, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Oversee project execution, ensuring compliance with engineering practices and safety standards.
  • Lead and coordinate teams of engineers and coordinators to achieve project objectives.
  • Supervise testing and commissioning of necessary systems and structures.
  • Implement and govern the safety management system on site.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Building Services, or a relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong management, communication, presentation, and reporting skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership, independence, commitment, and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Experience in BIM and Data Center is preferred.
