Executive (Support) - School of Design & Media ITE College Central

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Executive to join our team at the School of Design & Media. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily services.
Key Responsibilities- Support Daily Operations: Assist in the management of daily services, including responding to enquiries from various stakeholders, such as students, parents, and public agencies.
- Event Management: Assist in organizing activities related to admission processes, examination processes, orientation programs, and graduation ceremonies, as well as supporting college events and functions.
- Financial Management: Assist in monitoring department budgets and procuring necessary items, such as stationery, first aid supplies, and sundries.
- Record Keeping: Maintain and upkeep records and inventory items, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Process Improvement: Review and improve work processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Documentation: Maintain proper documentation and ensure that all records are up-to-date and accurate.
- Experience: At least 2 years of relevant work experience in an administrative or support role.
- Skills: Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken. Self-motivated, self-disciplined, and positive attitude. Meticulous with procurement and inventory. Good time management and strong multi-tasking skills. Technology savvy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Personal Qualities: A good team player who is process/detail-oriented and organized. Some knowledge of event management is an advantage.
