Senior BIM Modeler

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior BIM Modeler to join our team.

As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed 3D/2D BIM models using software such as Autodesk Revit.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain complex BIM models with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and construction professionals to ensure models meet project requirements.
  • Perform buildability reviews, constructability analysis, quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and support facility management throughout the building lifecycle.
  • Maintain data integrity and consistency across multiple BIM models.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry advancements in BIM technology.
  • Prepare architectural and civil/structural shop drawings based on as-built documentation and submit them on time.
  • Evaluate all drawings against project specifications and requirements.
  • Work closely with project teams to implement drawing revisions and updates.
  • Support documentation and submissions related to BIM processes for record-keeping purposes.
  • Requirements:
  • 6+ years of relevant experience preferably in healthcare or laboratory building design.
  • Degree in Architecture required.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit (BIM).
  • Able to work independently with strong self-motivation.
  • Proven track record with at least 5 years of hands-on BIM (Autodesk Revit) experience.
