Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst / Project Manager to drive the delivery of Foreign Exchange (FX) technology solutions within LTIMindtree bank. The role requires a strong understanding of FX trading systems and processes, preferably front-to-back FX systems architecture.

The ideal candidate will have 10 years experience as a business analyst in the finance sector, with expertise in domain knowledge in the FX and structured products system management. They will gather and document business requirements, perform detailed analysis to identify gaps, and work with technology teams to propose solutions.

Apart from this, the candidate should also have 5 years experience in project delivery, leading end-to-end product delivery for FX systems and new implementations. They should be able to track project progress and monitor risks, dependencies, and constraints, proactively addressing potential issues. Regular status updates to senior management are also expected.

The candidate is expected to adhere to waterfall / agile methodologies, collaborate with cross-functional business stakeholders and technology team members to ensure successful project execution. Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and other project management tools is also required.
