Job Title: Environmental Sustainability Professional

This is a challenging and exciting opportunity for an experienced Environmental Sustainability Professional to join our organization.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of environmental remediation projects, working closely with project managers and contract management teams to deliver high-quality services.

  • Collaborate with project managers and contract management teams to ensure timely delivery of environmental remediation projects.
  • Conduct site inspections and supervise contractors to ensure adherence to design and contract requirements.
  • Document and track work progress, review contractor claims and EOT requests, and ensure compliance with contract terms.
  • Support contractual risk identification and mitigation, resolve disputes with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare weekly summary reports, official letters, and meeting minutes to facilitate effective communication.
  • Participate in environmental site assessment projects, conduct site visits, inspections, and sampling of environmental media, and supervise subcontractors as needed.
  • Assist in technical report writing, creating figures, illustrations, and presentation slides that meet project deliverables.
  • Support team management in project and proposal administration, as well as administrative duties.
  • Adhere to quality and environmental management systems, health and safety policies, and procedures.
  • Report any quality, environmental, health, or safety concerns or suggestions to your immediate supervisor.

This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in environmental remediation, site assessment, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, laws, and industry standards.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
