Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a senior technical consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing functional support in transportation management and integration with other applications or mobile devices.

Your primary responsibilities will include providing user support and training, resolving issues and requests in a timely manner, coordinating with business owners and system architects on system improvement by gathering business requirements and documentation, conducting and facilitating system testing to ensure successful implementation, monitoring operational processes, and providing ongoing operational support.
