About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Executive to join our team at MIID STUDIO PTE. LTD. as a key member of our Human Resources department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide secretarial services for projects, including preparing correspondence, submissions, and documents.
  • Project Coordination: Liaise with project managers and designers on administrative matters, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Workforce Management: Administer and manage work pass applications and renewals for foreign workers, ensuring compliance with Ministry of Manpower regulations.
  • Government Liaison: Liaise with government agencies and external bodies on staff-related matters, subsidies, and grants.
  • Employee Records: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Employee Support: Address employee queries and provide support on HR-related matters.
  • Office Administration: Collaborate with the Admin team to enhance office administrative systems.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding: Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, including contract management and exit formalities.
  • Employee Benefits: Handle staff insurance and medical issues, including claims and work injury compensation.
  • Policy Development: Review and update company policies in the Employee Handbook.
  • HR Strategy: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: Min. Diploma in Accounts/Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of working experience in handling administrative and HR operations.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the Architectural/Construction industry is preferred.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in both spoken and written English.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Soft Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills, strong organization skills, and a high degree of integrity and responsibility.
