Job Description
Corporate Services Leader RoleOur organization is seeking an experienced corporate services leader to manage and develop our facilities management and corporate administration team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in office facilities management, procurement processes, and corporate administration.
Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the facilities management and corporate administration team.
- Oversee office facilities management including renovations, fit-out projects, relocations, and space planning.
- Manage vendor and contractor relationships and coordinate with internal stakeholders and building management/landlords.
- Ensure workplace safety, sustainability initiatives, and business continuity plans are implemented and maintained.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Facilities, or related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in corporate services, with a strong background in large-scale office facilities management and procurement process.
- Proven leadership experience in managing and developing teams.
- Demonstrated expertise in writing approval papers and navigating approval and compliance processes.
