  • Implement process automation and optimization strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Stay informed on new trends, technologies, and best practices in digital delivery and integrate them into the project workflow.
  • Oversee the implementation of digital initiatives across multiple construction projects.
  • Establish quality standards and protocols for digital deliverables, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits to assess the effectiveness of digital processes and technologies.
  • Identify potential risks and challenges associated with digital implementation and develop mitigation strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, information technology, IT project management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the implementation and execution of construction and digital technologies.
  • Minimal understanding of construction workflows and project lifecycles.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven experience with ACC, Power BI, and Novade.
  • Knowledge of Python programming and SQL.
  • Good to have a license for drone Singapore license.
