Job Title: Logistics Operations Specialist About the Role:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Operations Specialist to coordinate the dispatch of containers and ensure timely delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with transportation companies to confirm container arrival schedules and ensuring all vehicles entering and exiting the facility are weighed as required. Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the dispatch of containers and ensure accurate and timely delivery.
  • Liaise with transportation companies to confirm container arrival schedules and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Ensure all vehicles entering and exiting the facility are properly weighed and processed.
  • Send job orders to the open yard using the Vehicle Management Terminal (VMT) system.
 Requirements:
  • A minimum of GCE N Level or equivalent qualifications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
