Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer (Die Attach / Semiconductor equipment)

Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for performing machine and process setup of die attach and moulding machines. Your expertise in troubleshooting and mechanical alignment will ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform machine and process setup of die attach and moulding machines
  • Troubleshoot machine issues and perform mechanical alignments
  • Ensure product quality and manufacturability within customer requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve function, safety, quality, and productivity-related issues

Requirements:

  • Basic technical knowledge in machine setup and troubleshooting
  • Minimum 2 years experience in semi-conductor production
  • Prior experience with machine set-up and troubleshooting of die attach bonder is an asset
  • Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and willingness to travel overseas
