Job Title: Tram Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced tram operations manager to join our team. As a tram operations manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our tram system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate the tram along designated routes and provide commentary to enhance the guest experience.
  • Crowd management and ushering at stations, assist with guest enquiry/feedback.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE 'N' Level and above.
  • Class 3 Driving License required.
  • Pleasant and courteous disposition with strong communication skills.
  • Good presentation skills, confident, energetic and outgoing personality.
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
  • Ensure safety and services standards are always met.
