Tram Operations Specialist

Mandai Wildlife Reserve is undergoing a transformative rejuvenation plan, integrating five wildlife parks with nature-based experiences and eco-friendly facilities. We are seeking an experienced Tram Operations Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and safety-conscious individual to operate trams along designated routes, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests. As a Tram Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for providing assistance during tram emergencies, managing queues and crowds at tram stations, and completing additional tasks as assigned.

Main Duties
  1. Operate trams safely and efficiently along designated routes.
  2. Assist guests with enquiries and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
  3. Provide support during tram emergencies, adhering to established protocols.
  4. Manage queue and crowd dynamics at tram stations to maintain a smooth flow of visitors.
  5. Perform additional tasks as assigned by management to ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements
  • A minimum GCE 'N/O' Level qualification or equivalent.
  • A valid Class 3 Driving License.
  • Pleasant and courteous disposition with strong communication skills.
  • Good presentation skills, confident, energetic, and outgoing personality.
  • Ability to work on weekends and public holidays.
  • Commitment to maintaining high safety and service standards.
