Tram Operator Job Summary

Mandai Wildlife Reserve is seeking a skilled and reliable tram operator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of trams along designated routes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate tram along designated route with precision and attention to detail
  • Assist guests with inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner
  • Respond to emergency situations with poise and composure
  • Collaborate closely with tram technicians to maintain trams in optimal working condition
  • Manage queue and crowd control at tram stations effectively
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management
Requirements:
  • Minimum GCE 'N' Levels qualification or equivalent
  • Valid Class 3/3A Driving Licence with at least one year of driving experience
  • Pleasant and courteous demeanor with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people
  • Flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays
