Sales and Account Growth Executive

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Account Growth Executive to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction in the banking sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic account plans for major BFSI clients to drive revenue growth and customer engagement.
  • Lead end-to-end sales activities including prospecting, proposal development, presentations, contract negotiations, and deal closure.
  • Promote our suite of solutions/products including core banking systems, payment platforms, digital transformation, data governance, cloud migration, and compliance solutions.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of client needs, business challenges, and regulatory environment to provide tailored solutions.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers within banking institutions.
  • Work closely with our product and delivery teams to ensure smooth implementation and post-sales support.
  • Track account performance, report on pipeline development, and provide accurate sales forecasts to senior leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise IT sales, with a focus on banking or financial services clients.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and growing large enterprise accounts in the BFSI sector.
  • Strong understanding of BFSI technology trends, regulatory frameworks, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English - essential for communicating with regional clients and internal teams across Greater China.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT sales within the financial services sector and be fluent in both English and Chinese to engage effectively with regional stakeholders, including those in Greater China.
