Seeking a detail-oriented and caring Family Care Specialist to provide top-notch support for families with childcare needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise children and ensure their safety, well-being, and happiness.
  • Assist with homework and educational activities, fostering a love for learning in each child.
  • Organize playdates and outings, creating lasting memories for the family.
Household Management:
  • Guide helpers with organization in the home, maintaining a tidy and efficient living space.
  • Run errands such as grocery shopping or picking up dry cleaning, taking care of essential tasks.
Administrative Support:
  • Manage family calendars, scheduling appointments, and activities, ensuring seamless coordination.
  • Communicate with schools, healthcare providers, and other service providers, building strong relationships.
  • Assist in budgeting and managing household expenses, promoting financial stability.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous experience in childcare or as a family assistant is preferred, demonstrating a track record of success.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, and flexibility to adapt to changing family needs.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in childcare or household management are a plus.
  • Personal Qualities: Trustworthy and reliable, flexible and adaptable to changing family needs, compassionate and nurturing attitude towards children.
