Financial Analyst Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Financial Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and analytical capabilities, with experience in financial systems analytics or FP&A roles.

About This Opportunity

This role offers the chance to enhance our financial reporting, improve data flow, and support data-driven decision-making.

The successful candidate will be responsible for serving as system owner for key finance tools, managing configurations and integrations, and providing end-user support.

Key ResponsibilitiesFinance Transformation & Process Improvement
  • Lead finance transformation initiatives, including new system implementations and upgrades.
  • Manage project workstreams, from requirement gathering to user training.
  • Promote best practices in finance systems and operations to improve scalability and efficiency.
  • Drive adoption of modern technologies that streamline financial planning and reporting.
System Ownership & Support
  • Serve as system owner for key finance tools, managing configurations and integrations.
  • Provide end-user support, including issue resolution, data validation, and user access control.
Solution Design & Analytics Enablement
  • Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Business Unit stakeholders to understand challenges and recommend solutions.
  • Design, document, and implement data flows, reporting structures, and process improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial systems analytics or FP&A roles.
  • Strong understanding of finance processes and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP and planning systems.
