Lead Spa Manager Job Description

This senior spa management role oversees the daily operations of a beauty and wellness facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, developing marketing strategies, maintaining high standards of customer service, and handling inventory and procurement.

About This Role:
  • This is a leadership position that requires strong business acumen and excellent communication skills.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the beauty, wellness, or spa industry, with a proven track record of team leadership and operational management.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day spa operations, including supervising staff and maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive customer growth and brand awareness.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and manage supplier relationships.
  • Liaise with government agencies and vendors as required.
  • Lead by example and represent the brand's vision and values.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in beauty, wellness, or spa industry.
  • Proven experience in team leadership and operational management.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Business acumen with a keen interest in entrepreneurship and growth.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese-speaking customers (if required).
  • Knowledge of relevant licenses and regulatory requirements.
  • Prior experience in customer service, spa treatments, or beauty therapy is advantageous.
