Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Support: Provide exceptional support to Relationship Managers in client interaction, including systems, processes, files, and documents.
  • Customized Solutions: Customize client requests, such as reporting, statistics, and mailings, to meet their specific needs.
  • Calendar Management: Manage the Relationship Manager's calendar, prepare client meetings, organize business trips, and complete post-processing tasks.
  • Presentations and Proposals: Compile presentations and support in drafting investment proposals and marketing activities, including client receptions, meetings, business trips, and events.
  • Coverage and Support: Ensure coverage in case of own absences and provide support to the team as needed.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Degree holder with at least 3 years of experience in Private Banking, preferably in an Assistant Relationship Manager role.
  • Certifications: CACS Paper 1 & 2, CMFAS Modules 1B, 5, 6A, 8A certification is an added advantage.
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of T24, Olympics, and TEMOS systems.
