At ICE Data Services Singapore PTE. LTD., we are seeking a skilled Strategic Client Partner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients, identifying opportunities for growth and revenue expansion, and driving strategic initiatives to enhance our clients’ experience.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience working within the financial services industry, with a proven track record of account relationship management and revenue growth. A Bachelor’s degree is required, and proficiency in a range of financial products and services is essential.

As a Strategic Client Partner, you will work closely with our Global Relationship Manager and Regional Sales Executives to develop and execute account strategies, collaborate on complex renegotiations, and provide leadership on client initiatives. You will be responsible for managing and growing our existing revenue base, mitigating risk and erosion, and identifying new opportunities for growth.

Key responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and executing account strategies to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction
  2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, including c-suite executives
  3. Collaborating with internal teams to identify opportunities for growth and revenue expansion
  4. Providing leadership on client initiatives, including complex renegotiations and problem resolution
  5. Managing and growing our existing revenue base, mitigating risk and erosion
