Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Strategic Partner Manager to join our team at Google Asia Pacific PTE. LTD. in the Partner Operations department. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional support to YouTube's valued partners and creators, driving growth and operational efficiency across the platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive operational support to YouTube partners, ensuring seamless global support and exceptional customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize YouTube products and services, driving business growth and operational efficiency.
  • Proactively analyze partner performance, identifying opportunities for operational workflow optimization and process improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in a technical project management or customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience in project/program management or developing scalable solutions within the technology or media industry.
  • Ability to communicate in multiple languages, including English and Korean.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process improvement and operational efficiency.
