Job Title: Equipment Maintenance Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance crew, you will be responsible for performing on-site preventive maintenance services and providing ad-hoc remedial repair services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- To perform on-site preventive maintenance services based on agreed schedules.
- To provide ad-hoc remedial repair services as required by customers.
- To ensure that the systems under maintenance are performing with an uptime of not less than 98%.
- To meet desired Service Levels expected from customers/sites assigned.
- To perform pre-delivery inspections on equipment prior to delivery.
- To provide preventive maintenance services and remedial repair services.
- To maintain customer installation records.
- To handle customer enquiries, feedback or suggestions.
- To troubleshoot technical issues.
- To service and repair equipment.
- To complete tasks assigned successfully.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Diploma/Nitec in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- 1-2 years of relevant working experience in the related industry.
- Knowledge of basic computer applications (MS Office/CAD/basic programming etc.).
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
