Job Title: Maintenance and Engineering Professional

Overview of the Job

As a Maintenance and Engineering Professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the M&E works for construction and data centre projects from initiation to completion. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all project requirements are met while maintaining the highest level of quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and coordinate the integration of mechanical, electrical, ACMV, fire protection, and ELV systems.
2. Review technical drawings, specifications, and shop drawings to guarantee compliance with project requirements.
3. Collaborate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution.
4. Conduct site inspections, monitor project progress, and resolve technical and operational issues.
5. Prepare project schedules, reports, and necessary documentation for tracking and handover purposes.

Requirements and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, architecture, or construction management.
2. Strong knowledge of M&E systems and processes.
3. Excellent communication and project management skills.
4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
5. Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards is essential.
