We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Scholar Development and Care Lead.

Job Description:

Scholar development and care are at the heart of our organisation.

We oversee the residential living and daily routines of scholars, ensuring their safety and well-being.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Implement and ensure compliance with policies to promote scholar development and care
  • Be responsible for the quality and achievement of Scholars' individualised care plans
  • Ensure scholars meet their goals, following the Scholar's Handbook and fair disciplinary procedures
  • Able to assess risks, needs and facilitate case conferences with multiple stakeholders
  • Plan, establish systems and maintain collaborative partnerships with scholars' families, schools and social workers / counsellors
  • Prevent and manage crisis, ensuring a safe and conducive environment for all scholars
  • Conduct monitoring and evaluation annually

  • Highly motivated individual with experience in scholar development and care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with scholars, families and external partners
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
