IT Infrastructure Specialist

Job Overview:

The IT Support Engineer is responsible for the installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of information technology infrastructure including hardware and software.

Technical expertise is required to provide customer support for system, cloud and enterprise IT solutions.

A strong understanding of Microsoft Windows operating systems, experience with Office 365 administration and knowledge of virtualization environments (Hyper-V and VMware) are necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and maintain IT infrastructure
  • Provide technical assistance on system, cloud and enterprise IT solutions
  • Manage project delivery according to project requirements and customer expectations
  • Analyze and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • At least two years of experience in relevant field
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows operating systems
  • Office 365 administration skills
  • Knowledge of virtualization environments
