Job Overview:

We are seeking a Biologics Process Development Specialist to join our Integrated Biologics team at our Tuas site in Singapore. As a key member of our Engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing best practices to improve manufacturing success rates, maintain compliance, provide a safe work environment, and control costs.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement best practices and play a key role in improving manufacturing success rates, maintaining compliance, providing for a safe work environment and controlling costs of the manufacturing operations.
  • Provide daily operational support and technical services for the manufacture of biologics products in a cGMP environment including modifications and changes to processes and equipment, process troubleshooting, root cause analysis and deviation investigation.
  • Participate and lead investigations relating to the manufacturing process and propose CAPA.
  • Evaluate and propose modifications to equipment, processes and operations to improve safety, increase efficiency and enhance company goals.
  • Supervise outside contractors to develop and implement Capital projects and plant modification.
  • Support customer queries and address process related issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Process Technical Resource: Provide daily operational support and technical services for the manufacture of biologics products in a cGMP environment.
  • Investigation and Analysis: Participate and lead investigations relating to the manufacturing process and propose CAPA.
  • Continuous Improvement: Evaluate and propose modifications to equipment, processes and operations to improve safety, increase efficiency and enhance company goals.
