Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our service crew, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that every guest has a delightful stay with us.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be handling calls and responding to customers' enquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for greeting and directing guests to their designated rooms, working together with your team to hit targeted sales, and providing basic technical support for any technical errors in the outlet.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • - Handle calls and respond to customers' enquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely manner
  • - Greet and direct guests to designated rooms, ensuring necessary actions are taken to delight customers based on SOP
  • - Work together with team to hit targeted sales
  • - Provide basic technical support for any technical errors in the outlet
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 1 year experience in the service industry, a service-oriented, friendly, and cheerful personality, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to perform split shifts, work on weekends, and Public Holidays.
