Job Title: Service Team Member

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Service Crew to join our team. As a Service Crew, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a warm and welcoming environment for our guests.

You will be the face of our establishment, ensuring that every guest feels valued and appreciated. Your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure will make you an asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Welcome guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding guest expectations at all times.
  3. Perform quality checks to ensure guests are enjoying their meals and take corrective action if necessary.
  4. Upsell promotional items and merchandise.
  5. Ensure that food hygiene and safety standards are maintained and comply with regulations.
  6. Maintain outlet cleanliness and perform general housekeeping duties.
  7. Report on time, in proper uniform and grooming standard.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Min. GCE 'N'/ 'O' Level or equivalent qualification in customer service or related field.
  • No experience required, but at least 1 year of experience working in customer service or relevant experience in F&B preferred.
