Securitization Finance is a key business area that drives growth and expansion in the Asia Pacific region. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting and promoting the advancement of this business by focusing on strategic planning, operational readiness, research, and reporting.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to originate and execute deals, ensuring effective communication and cooperation with MUFG branches and divisions.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reports on SEC transactions, providing valuable insights and data-driven recommendations.
  • Conduct borrower rating processes and credit analysis for existing and prospective clients, identifying potential opportunities and mitigating risks.
  • Design and implement credit applications for potential transactions, streamlining the process and enhancing efficiency.
  • Provide support in transaction documentation tasks, liaising with internal and external stakeholders as needed to ensure seamless execution.
  • Ensure operational excellence and adherence to internal processes for transaction bookings, maintaining high standards and quality control.
  • Assist in business planning and daily management for AIBD, driving strategic initiatives and achieving business objectives.
Financial Management
  • Support the SEC team in originating and executing deals, working closely with MUFG divisions to meet financial goals and Key Performance Indicators.
Customer Relationship
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with existing and prospective SEC clientele, aiming to originate mandates for leading debt issuance and arrangement of transactions.
  • Offer guidance and facilitate the development of strong customer relationships, driving business growth and revenue expansion.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in securitization finance or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive informed decision-making.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team, contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
