**Purpose of the role**

Enhance Securitization product capabilities and expertise within MUFG’s Asian Investment Banking Division.
- Support the development and execution of a robust product business plan.
- Enhance current customer experience and outcomes whilst achieving required revenue and return targets.
- Work with relationship managers to establish new customer relationships that drive and enable growth of the portfolio.
- Provide input into and lead product development within MUFG risk tolerance levels.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and expand the Securitization business, with accountability for financial, credit and portfolio performance within the Securitization portfolio.
- Achieve profit and KPI target whilst managing risk - communicate directly with external parties including customers, RMs, and other parties to drive transactions from start to finish.
- Enhance collaboration with RMs and strengthen relationship with clients as Product Officer.
- Build and influence relevant stakeholders (both internal and external). Train and strengthen the capability of younger team members to build up the team capability.
- Ensure team’s compliance with all regulations and guidelines.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 7 Years of experience in structured finance (preferred) or corporate banking, along with 3 years in securitization
- Experience in portfolio management
- MS Office Skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Attention to detail and resilience
- Bachelor’s Degree
