About the Job

As a Commercial Interior Designer, you will play a crucial role in delivering functional and visually compelling commercial spaces that align with brand identity.

  • Conduct on-site measurements and attend meetings with clients and vendors.
  • Coordinate on-site activities and liaise with subcontractors and vendors to ensure smooth execution.
  • Source and obtain quotations and material samples from suppliers and vendors.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet project timelines and quality standards.
  • Support project management efforts and oversee the implementation of design solutions as required.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing comprehensive drawing packages for submission to clients, consultants, and building management, including 3D visuals and renderings, layout and floor plans, detailed elevations and construction drawings, reflected ceiling plans, mechanical & electrical coordination plans, and material and finish presentation boards.
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Developing and implementing design solutions that meet client requirements and budget constraints.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Interior Design or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in commercial interior design.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

You will also need to be proficient in Autodesk Revit and Adobe Creative Suite.
